When you purchase or lease a new or pre-owned vehicle from LaFontaine now through June 30th, LaFontaine Automotive Group will honor a Michigan healthcare hero of your choosing by making one monthly car payment for them.
Details: Purchase or lease of a new or pre-owned vehicle qualifies. Elector must take delivery of vehicle by June 30, 2020. Elector must provide information of elected hero prior to completion of vehicle sale. Elected hero must be employed at a Michigan hospital and must provide proof of employment. Elected hero must provide proof of vehicle loan payment amount and provide necessary information to facilitate payment. Vehicle payment not to exceed $500. Elected hero must redeem offer at the LaFontaine Automotive location of elector's vehicle purchase. Not compatible with other discount offers or programs. Elected hero must redeem offer by July 31, 2020.
