LaFontaine Automotive Group is looking for highly motivated Used Automobile Sales Representative(s) at our Volvo dealership located in Farmington Hills, MI. Sales Representatives are responsible to sell automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers and closing sales.
All applicants must be self-starters and possesses a strong drive and desire to succeed. The opportunity requires significant follow-up, organizational skills, and telephone technique. LaFontaine is a HIGH VOLUME DEALERSHIP! No experience required, training is available.
Duties and responsibilities include:
• Customer Interaction leading to a sold vehicle and a happy customer.
• Knowledge of Volvo product line.
• Deliver a fast and easy car buying experience for our traditional and online customers.
• Maintain Rapport with customers
• Suggesting trade-ins
• Understand buyer's requirements and interests
• Explains and demonstrates vehicles characteristics, capabilities, and features
• Conduct test drives with customers along with explaining service and warranties available
